Brief Description of the Blended Class - In a traditional class we watch the Video then practice on the manikin and repeat for each section.
In the Blended Class, there are two parts.
Part 1 - The AHA Blended class offers convenience Virtual training (On the AHA Website). The student does all the watching of the video at home or work virtually. They can work at their own pace like 10 minutes a night or they can work through the whole course in one sitting. Student moves to Part 2 once Part 1 is complete.
Part 2 - Once the course is completed, the participant meets with an Instructor for a 30 minute skills testing session. In this instructor lead session, the student demonstrates their practical skills test. (Compression, Breathing, AED, Rescue Scenario, child, infant, choking) This takes about 30 minutes.
Blended Classes
CPR/AED Blended - Part 1 and Part 2
CPR Blended - One on one certification. The American Heart Association’s CPR/AED Certification Blended Course offers convenience with a Virtual Key (on the AHA Website) that participants can complete at work, or home, at their own pace. Upon completing Part 1 online, the trainee works with one of our instructors to complete Part 2.
First Aid and CPR/ AED Blended Parts 1 and 2
Respond and Manage an CPR and First Aid Medical Emergency as it Arrives. First Aid for victims of all ages, relief of choking and a variety of issue like bloody nose, cuts, heart attack, stroke, heat exhaustion, etc. CPR and AED for Adult, Child and Infants.
